If you’re looking for events & activities to do in March, we have a short list. However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t plenty to do.  Aside from great skiing, you have snowshoeing to choose from, Glacier National Park, cross-country skiing, carriage rides at Clydesdale Outpost, ice fishing, or just soaking in a glorious hot tub as Spring is right around the corner.  The days are definitely getting longer, thank goodness!

24th Annual Nate Chute Banked Slalom & Bordercross:  March 16th & 17th

Join us at Whitefish Mountain for the 25th running of the 2nd longest running snowboard banked slalom on the U.S.  This event is brought to you by Stumptown Snowboards. It benefits the Nate Chute Foundation. This non-profit is dedicated to preventing suicide among young people in Montana through outreach, education and training. The event will be at 3905 Big Mountain Road.

WWE Montana: AnimaL onsie Ski DAy – March 30, 2024

Come out to Big Mountain and check out the unique costumes and hilarity hitting the slopes. Join us for this festive winter celebration!  This day will bring us together in festivity by checking out so many unique onesies! Sponsored by Women Who Explore.

WWE Montana: Tackyprom ski day at blacktail mountain – March 31, 2024

One more day to get your tacky on… get out those gawdy prom dresses, frills or ruffles of bad tuxes from decades ago.
