January 13th, Great Northern Bar 9pm +. Whitefish Winter Carnival Disco Party. Get your moves ready to hustle the night away! $15 cover and must be 21 or older. 

January 13 will also be the coronation of our Whitefish Carnival King and Queen at the O’Shaughnessy Center at 7pm at 1 Central Avenue, Whitefish

January 21st, at Whitefish Mountain Resort – Slopeside Selfie and Scavenger hunt. Skiing and photos at their best. Find Banners hidden throughout the mountain and grab a selfie. Great prizes for winners! Click HERE for more information.

Spend the day in Glacier National Park for a day of snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.  The park is so quiet and beautiful during the winter months, especially after a soft blanket of snow.

Many downtown outfitters or Sportsman & Ski Haus will rent all the equipment you need to enjoy a day in the park.

If you’ve never tried snowmobiling, visit our friends and our go-to place at Northwest Montana Adventure in Olney. They’ll have the Gear you need to stay warm and cozy and enjoy hot cocoa at the top of your destination in a yurt with a view.
